Eleanor Cordi, VT

Eleanor is the newest addition to the Pet Menders Team. Two years ago, she moved to Boulder from New York City with the goal of becoming a Vet Tech. Within two weeks of arriving in town, she started a part-time internship at Pet Menders. Her internship at Pet Menders continued throughout her first year of Veterinary Technology classes.

In May of 2011, Eleanor graduated from the Community College of Denver with an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences in Veterinary Technology. She started her full time employment with Pet Menders in June of 2011.

Eleanor is originally from Baltimore, MD. In 1999, she received her B.A. in History from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. After college Eleanor took 16 months to travel around the world, spending a majority of that time in Australia. Upon returning to the United States, she moved to New York City where she worked in non-fiction television production for eight years.

Eleanor lives in Boulder with her fiancée, Matt, and their black DSH cat named “Tim Riggins.” Now that she has finished school and passed the Vet Tech National Exam, Eleanor looks forward to spending time with Matt and Tim, planning her wedding and constantly improving her animal nursing skills.
